**PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**
1. **REVIEW OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:** Please review your documents immediately upon receipt and contact GG Cruises if there are any questions. It is your obligation to review trip documents for accuracy.
2. **PROOF OF IDENTITY:** The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires all travelers to carry a government-issued identification card to board a flight. The name, date of birth, and gender on your ID must exactly match the information on your airline ticket and in the booking record. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or delays at airport security. For international travel, a passport valid for at least six months after your return is required. Contact the U.S. State Department for passport and visa information.
3. **FLIGHT CHECK-IN:** Due to enhanced security, it is recommended you check in a minimum of 1 to 1.5 hours prior to departure for domestic flights, and 2 to 3 hours prior for international flights.
4. **RECONFIRMATION OF FLIGHTS:** Schedule changes do occur. Please reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 72 hours prior for international flights. Failure to use a reservation may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return flights and forfeiture of fare.
5. **EXCURSION, PROMOTIONAL, AND GROUP FARES:** Many fare types involve restrictions. Changing any aspect of travel arrangements may result in additional costs. Obtain assistance before making changes. Some group tours are based on a minimum number of passengers; if the number falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed or the tour may be canceled.
6. **CHANGE OF PLANS:** If your plans change, contact GG Cruises or the carrier/supplier directly for assistance. Depending on the fare type, the value of unused tickets may be applied to a new ticket. Additional fees may apply for changes. If an airline issues a refund directly, ask for a receipt.
7. **ACCOMMODATIONS:** Accommodations are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. Inquire about the property’s cancellation/change policy before committing. Policies vary. No shows may result in being charged for one night’s lodging.
8. **TICKETS:** Most air tickets are electronic (e-tickets) and require proper photo ID and flight information upon check-in. Notify GG Cruises if an e-ticket is not used. Lost, stolen, or destroyed paper tickets must be paid for until a refund is obtained from the carrier, subject to fees. Contact GG Cruises for refund eligibility or additional instructions.
9. **PRICES:** Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, tariff changes, or increased operational costs before full payment. Prices will not increase after full payment for packages including an air component, except for government-imposed fees and taxes. Additional charges may be added by travel suppliers for fuel surcharges, taxes, or other assessments. Your consent is required for these additional amounts.
10. **FLIGHT DISCLAIMERS RE: HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AND INSECTICIDE SPRAYING:**
a) Federal law prohibits passengers from bringing hazardous materials on aircraft, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids. Visit the FAA’s prohibited items webpage for more information.
b) Federal law requires notification of insecticide spraying for certain flight itineraries. Visit the Department of Transportation’s disinfection website for details.
11. **AIRLINE BAGGAGE POLICIES AND FEES:** Each airline governs the amount of baggage passengers may bring and the fees imposed. Check individual airline baggage policies.
12. **CANCELLATION FEES:** Cancellation fees are imposed by service providers (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, sightseeing operator, etc.). In some cases, no refund is available once booking is made and paid for. All cancellation requests must be sent to GG Cruises in writing. Refund eligibility is limited. If GG Cruises cancels your travel arrangements, liability is limited to a refund of monies paid. Vendor-specific terms and conditions may apply.
13. **PROCESSING FEES:** GG Cruises or third parties may impose processing fees for transactions such as reservations, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, voids, or other services. Disputing a valid credit card charge may result in additional handling fees.
14. **NOTICE OF RESPONSIBILITY:** GG Cruises acts solely as an agent for actual suppliers of travel services and is not responsible for damages, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to any act or default of suppliers. GG Cruises will provide supplier names and is not responsible for money not in its possession or for fluctuations in fares/rates. GG Cruises is not responsible for cancellations or refunds from suppliers that cease operation.
15. **TRAVEL INSURANCE:** Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss, or illness. Travel insurance may be purchased anytime prior to departure. Full coverage terms and details, including limitations and exclusions, are contained in the insurance policy.
16. **SMART TRAVELER:** For international travel, we recommend signing up for the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program to register your travel information with the U.S. Department of State.
17. **INTERNATIONAL HEALTH:** Contact the Centers for Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC’s website for medical information.
18. **PRIOR CONVICTIONS:** U.S. citizens with prior convictions may be denied entry to certain countries. Check with the consulate of your destination for specific entry requirements.
19. **DUPLICATE BOOKING:** GG Cruises discourages duplicate booking requests which may result in cancellation of confirmed space. GG Cruises is not responsible for loss of confirmed space due to duplicate bookings.
20. **PAYMENT OF INVOICES:** Payment is due upon receipt. Unpaid invoices past due are subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month and any additional collection fees. If suit is instituted to collect, purchaser agrees to pay all attorney’s fees and costs.
